Creating Arizona's finest garage floors. TruForce Epoxy installs full-flake polyaspartic coatings that are built for Arizona heat, go down in about a day and clean up with a mop.
The short answer
TruForce Epoxy installs full-flake polyaspartic garage floor coatings across Queen Creek, the East Valley and greater Phoenix. Crews diamond-grind the concrete, repair cracks, broadcast decorative vinyl flake and seal it with a UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat. Most two-car garages are finished in about a day, and you can typically park on the floor within 24 to 48 hours.
Design your floor
Pick a blend and a chip size to see how the floor reads from standing height, then pick your garage size to see a typical install and cure timeline. These are sample blends for illustration; the full color range is shown with physical chip samples at your estimate.
Prep, repair, flake and topcoat all happen on install day for most garages.
Times are typical, not a quote. Heat, humidity and concrete condition change them, and your installer confirms timing for your floor.
Services
Every job starts with the same prep: grind, repair, clean. What changes is the coating build for how the floor gets used.

Built for Arizona heat
Arizona garages get hot, and many stay open to direct sun for hours. Many epoxies yellow under that UV and cure slowly, which means more days without your garage.
A polyaspartic topcoat is UV stable and cures fast, so the floor stays clear and most installs finish in a day. It also resists hot-tire pickup when you pull in after a summer drive.
| Trait | Typical epoxy | Polyaspartic |
|---|---|---|
| Sun and UV | Many formulas yellow or amber over time | UV stable, stays clear |
| Install time | Often 2 to 3 days with recoat waits | About 1 day for most garages |
| Back to parking | Often several days or more | Typically 24 to 48 hours |
| Hot tires | Thin or DIY coats can lift | Resists hot-tire pickup |
| Oil and chemicals | Good resistance | Good resistance, wipes clean |
| Best use | Interior floors out of direct sun | Garages, patios and pool decks in Arizona |
What to expect
Clear the garage the night before. Here is the order the work happens in on a typical one-day install.
Confirm your blend, mark any cracks, and tape off walls and the door threshold.
Grind the whole slab with dust collection to remove sealers and open the surface for a mechanical bond.
Fill cracks, chips and spalled spots, then grind the repairs flush with the slab.
Vacuum the floor and edges so no dust is left under the base coat.
Roll on the base coat and broadcast your flake blend until no base color shows.
Once the base sets, scrape off loose chips and vacuum, leaving an even textured layer.
Roll on the clear UV-stable topcoat that locks in the flake and gives the floor its finish.
Review the floor together and get your walk-on and parking times for current conditions.

Most one-, two- and three-car garages are coated in about one day with a full-flake polyaspartic system. Larger floors, heavy crack repair or shop slabs can add time. TruForce Epoxy confirms the schedule for your floor at the estimate visit.
With a polyaspartic topcoat you can typically walk on the floor within a few hours and park vehicles in roughly 24 to 48 hours. Temperature and humidity affect cure, so your installer will give you a time for your floor before leaving.
Both are floor coatings. Many epoxies cure slowly and can yellow in direct sun. Polyaspartic is a fast-curing, UV-stable coating, so a garage can usually be finished in a day and the topcoat stays clear when the door is open to Arizona sun.
Polyaspartic topcoats are UV stable, which means they resist the yellowing that many epoxies show after sun exposure. That makes them a good fit for Arizona garages that stay open, as well as patios and pool decks.
Yes. The concrete is diamond-ground first, then cracks, chips and spalled areas are filled and ground flush. Repairing the slab first gives the coating a sound surface to bond to and keeps damage from showing through.
Full-flake means decorative vinyl chips are broadcast into the wet base coat until no bare base shows. The excess is scraped and vacuumed off, then a clear topcoat seals the chips. The result is a textured, multicolor floor that hides dust and small marks.
